1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings must be made through our official website or via authorized booking platforms.
- A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the booking type.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if we are unable to verify the provided information or in the event of fraudulent activity.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in may qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
4. Behavior & Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully and refrain from engaging in illegal or disruptive activities during their stay.
- Any damages to resort property or violations of resort rules will result in additional charges or penalties.
5. Force Majeure
Treat Resort Silvassa is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics).
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Silvassa, Daman & Diu.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes via our website or booking confirmation.
